Hello Alex,
I do not know what is wrong, but I will attempt to guess. What you wrote, I understand as:
When your day begins, and the car is cold, you start the car. You move the lever to "D" and then you can drive the car, When you stop driving (for example when you turn off the car, or put it in Park) then even if you restart the car or put the lever to "D" then you can not drive the car. It behaves like it is in Park. But if you wait for 1 to 2 hours, and you restart the car and put the lever to "D" then you can drive the car.
A possible reason is that some of the oil has leaked out, so there is not enough oil. When the car has been sitting for a while, the fluid is in a pool in the oil pan, where it can be sucked into the oil filter funnel, to go to the oil pump. When the car has not been sitting for a while, the fluid is not in a pool in the oil pan, so there is perhaps not enough oil to be sucked into the oil filter funnel, to go to the oil pump.
There can be other reasons too, but perhaps this is a good beginning. So, I suggest you add some more new oil. This process is also complicated to know when you have added enough new oil. I can explain it more if you like. But when you have enough oil in your transmission, then it will perhaps solve the problem. If it does not solve the problem, at least you are a step closer to solving the problem.
English is not my first language either. We do what we can. :-)
