P0432 Code Help

I just got this code and I know it is related to Cats. I also hear rattling sound from the Cat convertor. is it likely that if I change the convertor, it will get fixed.

Bank 2 cat. If rattling, replace.

FWIW, the bank 2 cat has gone twice on our 1999. Bank one is still the original unit.
