Default OEM Sport Suspension for an Avant

AFAIK my 2004 Avant Quattro 3.0 was never offered in the US with a sport suspension (it was in Europe). I'm curious if anyone has tried the OEM sport springs from the 2.7T or 4.2 sedans or if either would work.

Default Weight Codes

Weight codes are on the equipment sticker next to the spare tire. They are 3-letter codes:

0Yx where x=D-Q is the weight "range".
0Jx where x=B-M is the weight "category" (for the front axle).

Just to add to the knowledge base, the type of suspension (sport, standard, s-line .. who knows) is a 1Bx code. Not sure what the options/ranges are. My A4 sport suspension is a 1BE. Non-sport on the A6 is a 1BH.

If anybody is really bored and wants to check their car info and codes, the information would be appreciated and likely useful to others as well as myself.

Thanks in advance!

FYI, all of the 3-letter codes can be decoded here: http://igorweb.org/equidec/

It looks like 1BE (sport suspension) with the 3.0 Avant weight codes yields:

1BE/0JM = Coil spring, for vehicles with sports-type suspension, part #8D0 411 105 GD, they are marked with 2 orange paint stripes.
1BE/0YW = Coil spring, for vehicles with sports-type suspension, part #4D0 511 115 AP, they are marked with 1 white and 3 green paint stripes.

FYI that 2nd part also matches 0YU, 0YV, 0YX, 0YX, 0YY.
FYI2 the 4D0 part is the same as an 2002 A8 (and others I'm sure, I just stumbled upon that tidbit).

Use this info at your own risk. I'm not a walking ETKA, YMMV, I know nothing, I see nothing ...

Would somebody who has access to an ETKA like to cross-check those part numbers?
