MMI Freezing
I have a 2006 A6 with a Dension Gateway hooked up to my MMI for my iPod Touch. I'm not sure if my current issue is related to the Dension or not. I noticed the MMI wasn't recognizing the iPod on occasion, and it's gotten worse and worse to the point where it rarely recognizes it at all. Now, the iPod itself doesn't even recognize that it's docked (screen doesn't come on at all).
The radio also seems to cut out a lot and reload stations, and even the map on the Nav freezes up for a second or two and then jumps ahead, so I'm not sure if it's the Dension or the MMI itself.
Any ideas?

Unfortunately no one in this forum has MMI in their C5 A6(98-04) so it will be difficult for us to troubleshoot.
Please repost in the C6 A6(05+) forum
