Just bought a 2000 2.7

I am a huge vw guy..love em...so I bought a 2000 2.7 audi a6...problem is it stutters(misfires?) cel is on and says random multiple misfire when I scan it.....is this pretty common...I have replace coils on my vws ALOT...
I will post pics soon....mileage is150k...6 speed...what a neat car--hope I can get it running correctly

I disagree. Coils are very common, so much so that I carry spares with me on long trips.

6MT transmissions are much more reliable than the Tiptronic.

Timing belt is cheap insurance. Water pump, rollers, while you're in there....
