You can try a FM transponder/modulator. Plugs into cig lighter and charges I Pod as well. Some have auto scan features that goes directly to unused FM frequency. EBay,electronic stores.grab all racks at discount stores 20 to 80$ aprox.

in my opinion fm modulators are crap. If you can give up your CD changer (it's worth it) get this-

Neo prolink sux. Mine failed, the first version wouldn't charge iPod Touch much less operate it reliably. Neo would do nada to help either. Mine works partially, enough so I'm not going to spend a couple hundred to replace it, but I wouldn't recommend neo to any audi board member.

get a Phatbox - there are a couple on ebay right now, easy to hook up, it's out of site and lets you use your radio controls to control it. you'll probably get it for under $100. there's one from a vw dealer (where i got mine a few years ago) for $80/new, but not sure if it has all the parts.
