Default Interesting problem....

So I was putting a can of dry gas in my car today, when i noticed that my doors all locked. The key was in my pocket so I assumed that I must of hit the button. So I took it out of my pocket and unlocked the door while i waited for the dry gas to finish. About a minute later they locked themselves again. I thought maybe i hit it again in my pocket. Long story short, when I got home I got out of my car with the key and waited. Sure enough it locked itself and armed the alarm in about a minute. Has anyone had this problem, and how does one go about fixing it?

Thanks for any input,

Default My car does the same unless you open the driver door after unlocking it.

It's most likely just a setting VAG could fix.

Default Exactly... security feature. Makes sure your car relocks if you UNlock it by accident

If you open any door within the timeout, the car stays unlocked.

Default For mine it won't do it if I open either driver's side door....

I thought there was a problem if it relocked after I opened any door? So it isn't supposed to disrupt the auto-locking if I open a passenger's side door?
