the 2.7T is a very strong engine and can withstand a lot of hard driving.
However, if you tune it improperly (with free stuff downloaded from the web without at least some tuning knowledge) it will die very fast.
Some publicly available tunes are terrible, some guys disable everything they can (like egts), so I would use caution.

I did my own stage 3 tune but I started with a base tune and conservatively took things up. Heck, some things are still set on the safe side. More power is fun, but when you go from power to nothing it really must suck.

In case things go awry, I have a spare 2.7 available.

I'm not going to tune it much just add a small boost and tweak full mixtures and such. When I decide to go stage 1 I'm going all Apr.
