Struts question for '00 A6 Avant
I have just under 75K miles, now, on my Avant.
I am hearing piston noises (with windows down), when taking the care slowly over speed bumps, etc. Nothing otherwise unusual about the handling. Something to be concerned about, or nothing? How many miles have other owners been getting on struts, before having to change them out?

It's probably control arms.
I changed the front shocks in our A6 at 100k beacause I was doing all the control arms and I had the shocks sitting around. That was 140k ago. The rears are original.
