Ight everyone so guess i should have been more clear bout the shifting.... i was saying that when i am putting it into gear it hard shifrts not when i am in gear with my foot on the petal sorry for the confusion, but i found the problem lifted the car and looked at the mounts the one on the passenger front side of vehicle is done and also the one on the back driver side might be due to the power steering leak that was most likely caused by the mount.... and the front mount looks done too so all in all got to replace them and that was why it jerks so hard when i put it into gear hope this can help someone.....
