Why do you have bent about these being fake? What would be the point? "Haha, I totally fooled you guys into thinking that this existed..."

While this is tacky and a complete waste of money, I don't have a hard time believing that it's real.

It seems reasonable enough that someone created a transparent version, similar to the OE badge and placed LEDs behind it. I have a rough idea in my head, and could probably have a prototype of something similar in a week or two. (vacuum-formed using fiberboard mold and clear sheet stock)

One thing to keep in mind with a setup like this is that some states limit the number of forward-shining lights on a vehicle to 4, so if you use headlamps, foglamps, and this little diddy, you may be outside the law. (turn signals/sidemarkers don't count)

they are fake as the poster is a spammer, its been spammed on youtube and there are NUMEROUS people who have sent money only to never hear anything again.....
