Lambda resistance too high?

Default Lambda resistance too high?

Ive never had these codes before, what could be the cause?

17522 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor; B1 S2
P1114 - 35-10 - Internal Resistance too High - Intermittent
17548 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor; B2 S2
P1140 - 35-10 - Internal Resistance too High - Intermittent

O2 sensors are starting to go. Clear the codes and see how long it takes for them to come back. They might stay off for months. When they reappear in a day or two, it's time for new sensors.

they are all new (within the last 3 mos) with the exception of the drivers side pre cat.

Check the connectors on the firewall, make sure they're clean and secure. I don't remember what engine you have...on my 04 2.7T, the O2 sensor connectors are on the passenger side firewall, there's a green, blue, large black, and small black connector. Caveat...I do not know if they are all O2 sensor connections...but at least two of them are, as I recently discovered :P.

If you separate the connectors one at a time, VAGCOM will tell you which sensor it is...each one throws a different P-code when unplugged.

You'll be able to check sensor resistance once you identify which connectors are Bank 2.

Ive got the 4.2

I will check them out and possibly spray some electric parts cleaner in there. Thanks
