Default Diagnostic Trouble Codes for 00' A6 2.8L Trip

My Check Engine light came on yesterday and i went to auto zone to get it checked to see what it is (they do it for free!!). I recieved a *P0118 Engine Coolant Temp.Circ High Input* message on the code reader. The Bentley Publishers website(http://www.bentleypublishers.com/tech/audi/audi.dtc.table.htm) lists all fault codes. What i am looking for is a description or explanation in plain english of what they mean, if there is such a thing. I have listed through the entire forum for similar issue or answer, no luck. "Trouble Codes Explained"

If anyone knows anything, shoot it my way.
Thanks

Default Temp Sensor issue on 1999 A6 2.8L

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/98351/a6_99_30v.jpg"></center><p>Attached is a PIC of my 1999, A6 Avant Quattro, 2.8, 30v, Engine Bay. The part is 3-5 inches below the red arrow in the upper left area of the picture. The steps I followed below resolved my Temp Sensor issue (intermittent). A known issue.

- Remove Cover, Air intake tubes, loosen throttle assembly.
- Locate a BLUE (what mine required), BLACK, or GREEN fitting (varies) and remove clip, unit, and O ring with thin pliers (and thin long hands...).
- Clean and replace with correct color fitting.
- Beware of vacumn hose(s) in the same area. I apparently split the end of one while performing this procedure and got a P0411 code via ODBII check engine light. I snipped end and re-attached and it resolved check engine light/code.
- Part was under $10 delivered and it took an hour or two.

Good luck and I hope this helps.
