Coolant temperature senders - difference?
I urgently need to know the difference
between temp senders 078 919 501 A, B and C. I am going to order a replacement - mine is 2000 Audi A6, engine: ART 2.4l 165hp, gas.

I am replacing just one - coolant temp sender, whcih sends the signal to the gouge and the ECU. But I need to know whether it's part number is ending with A,B or C (I do not have any specs, and do not want to dismantle the thing now to read its label - before I have a replacement on hand). Any ideas on difference between the three part numbers?
