Default Central locking and power window issues

I'm having some issues with both the central locking and the power windows on my A6. Atm only the windows on the right side works, and the left rear window had come down like half an inch, so i removed the door panel to see if i could get it back up somehow. As soon as the door panel was lose, the rear window started working again, and i could close it properly.
As soon as the door panel was back on again however it as you might have guessed stoped working yet again.

There was also one time when i was about to get into the car and i had to unlock it, all the windows all of a sudden opend, and worked for a few days for no apparant reason other then me having opend the car with the central lock.

Also another issue is that opening or closing the bootlid will automaticly lock every damn door on the car, wich is damn annoying, but im guessing its caused by some faulty wiring on the bootlid.
