What that has to do with adjusting your insurance coverage is beyond me. You do realize that insurance won't pay you what it costs for you to find your exact car (if it even exists)? They will simply pay you book value for your car, which at this time is likely 7-10k.

As such, the adjustment you should be considering making to your insurance policy is dropping collision coverage.
