So APR sent me an updated file today and, well, geez, wouldn't you know it, it works now! Exactly the performance I'd expect out of a tuned 2.7t. Just a quick gander at the logs and I am getting expected torque requests now. Boost at around 15-16 psi.

I would suspect that there are other a6/allroads with APR out there that are due for a reflash.
