Default ABS Speed Sensor - Error

Hello,

I used vag-com and learned that my left and right rear speed sensors are bad : see report :
Code:
Address 03: ABS Brakes Labels: 4B0-614-517.lbl
Control Module Part Number: 4B0 614 517 R
  Component and/or Version: ABS/ESP allrad 2330
           Software Coding: 06397
                 VCID: 306FE9EDF0C2A89E2B7-5122
2 Faults Found:

00290 - ABS Wheel Speed Sensor; Rear Left (G46)
30-00 - Open or Short to Plus
00283 - ABS Wheel Speed Sensor; Front Left (G47)
30-00 - Open or Short to Plus
What does "Short to Plus" mean?

Thing is, I have already recently replaced these two speed sensors.

Wondering if anyone has knows if the ABS Control Module can cause failure orrrr, not sure where to go from here..

Thoughts?

Chances are if you recently replaced the abs speed sensors you screwed up the connector to the chassis or it popped loose. Those wires are absurdly small and easily damaged…check the connector housing to see if the wires/terminals are still in the housing…they have been known to move backwards/out if the housing is damaged.
I recently had some collision work done on my S6 and three months later my left front ABS sensor had an open…I popped the wheel and checked the connector and one of the wires had broken at the chassis connector. Had to solder the wire to the terminal and switch the terminals to a new housing.
