a6 Foggy headlights

Greetings.

I have a 98.5 audi a6 2.8. The headlight plastic looks extremely fogged up but it is not wet... It is effecting my headlights.

Also, where can i get good new headlight bulbs?

You can use a refinishing kit to fix the lights. Search the archives for details...

It is moisture inside the headlamp or just clouding plastic?

If it is moisture, then there is a seal or something that is letting in water. Eventually it will clear up but you will be left with water stains inside the housing. Probably the best method is to separate the lens from the housing, clean up the lens, and reseal the lens to the housing. Search "clear corner mod" in this forum for more info how to do this.

If it is cloudy plastic, then you should consider refinishing the lens with one of the various plastic polish kits available.
