Default 2004 audi a6 3.0 cylinder 5 misfire. Help

I have a problem with my cylinder 5 misfire from idle to 2k Rpms
I use the semi manual when driving to keep Rpms above 2k so it won't misfire
I switched ignition coils, cleared codes and the misfire stayed on 5

Last night I soaked all the injectors in injector cleaner and put em back this morning and of course they are all mixed up. Cleared codes.

Still on 5

But after codes are cleared it runs great until the computer noticed whatever it's noticing

Pulled spark plug, it's whitish looking which means it's running lean. Which it has more air than fuel
But looks fine. Intake valve is surprisingly clean

But here's the codes it's putting off
P0050. Bank 2 sensor 1

P0141 bank 1 sensor 2
P0030 bank 1 sensor 1
P0305 cylinder 5 misfire

Maybe the cat is clogged from unburnt fuel ? I've had this problem with a Pontiac I had.

I'm 18 and trying to get my finances together, so audi dealership isn't an option. Aka I'm a broke teenager (what's new?) Google, autozone,YouTube and forums are my bestfriend (never did me wrong either)

Any help?

Also, obviously if it's running too lean the 02 isn't putting correct info to computer and it would cause problems.. Would it cause a misfire on only ONE cylinder?

Default Did you ever figure out what was causing this?

I have the exact same problem. There are very little helpful responses on this topic.

I have a small oil leak from the cam tensioner seals but nothing significant. As for coolant, I'm not loosing any.

Pull the valve cover on that side. Those engines like to eat cam lobes randomly. Iv replaced a few cams and a couple lifters in 3.0 cars last year. Bad camshaft quality.

I had a cylinder 5 misfire on my 2.7t does the coolant tank happen to be located above that cylinder? Might it be leaking? My coolant tank was leaking onto my #5 coil and made the coil go bad...

Default Thank you

Wow you guys are awesome! I don't really know how to check the lifters or I would. I did however replace the cam tensioner gasket (passenger side), valve cover gaskets (both sides), and plug wires. I would have done the driver side as well but I didn't have all the tools or the time to screw with the timing. I must have done something wrong because oil is just pouring out of the passenger side. Additionally, I may have messed up the cam timing on the passenger side since the misfiring got worse with the new plug wires. The codes were for cyl 1, 5, and random before I started. Now I am misfiring on cyl 1, 2, 4, 5, and random. I think that either because of the timing or the vacuum hose I broke while I was in there. My coolant tank is located above the # 5 cyl, but there are no individual coil packs. I have a coil pack assembly located right in front of the engine. I ordered a new cam seal, tensioner seal, end cap, etc... kit today. Since I'm going to remove the cams I'll go ahead and do the timing belt, water pump, thermostat, et al as well.
