2002/2003 s6: location of rear side airbags
hi all, i'm trying to buy a c5 s6, but am having a devil of a time ensuring a prospective car has the rear side airbag option. where exactly on the rear seats are they located? thanks!

You should see a raised "Airbag" label, about 1.25" by 1/2" on the outer seat bolster. It is about midway between the seatbelt and the door, and a couple inches below the top of the bolster. It is in the same color as the interior leather, mine is light gray (silver) but it should be quite easy to see (even without opening the rear door) if it is there. If that doesn't make sense, let me know and I'll try and take a photo this weekend.
