But when it doesn't to keep trying is foolish.
If they're having problems, I can guarantee you they're not reusing the original washers. They're using the new cheap crap thin ones that came with the new caliper; which are half as thick as the OE ones.

You never flip them over. You reinstall them in the exact spot they came off of. If you were to flip them over you'd, most likely, have a leak on the ridged side of the washer since it wont go back into the grooves it came out of.

So which was it; the factory reused, or cheap hard copper washers?

(Or no washers?)
