There are TONS of posts on this subject on this forum - do a quick search and you'll find
all the info you seek.
That said, if you can find a well-maintained biturbo, chances are you're going to get a vehicle with excellent performance, luxury, and stye.

trans slipping? 'splain.
clutch slipping? Possibly. auto tranny jumping and shifting very hard, yes. TC dying, yes. Just slipping, haven't heard that one.
