18" ASA JH 3 Rims for $119 each on TireRack.com
Finally when my tax money came today, first thing i wanted and had to do was to get me some new tires. The ones i have on are still okay, but use the money while i have it and not spend it on somethng else. I wanted to replace my stock 16" A6 tires (not the same Michelin MXV4) that are currently on the car. I went to tire rack to look into the Avon Tech M550 A/S, as i have heard a lot of good reviews and comments on them. Just for fun, i went to the "Wheels" portion of the site, and wanted to see when would look good on the car. First thing that cought my eye was the advertisement of "ASA JH 3 18" rims for $119 each (Bright Satin Sil Paint). They dont look bad at all and got me interested to purchase them. The entire deal (4 Tires 225/40/18 and 4 ASA JH 3 rims, free mounting and balancing of tires onto the rims, shipping and handeling) ran me just slightly shy of $1100. I believe that it is a great value and a deal. There could be better buys out there, but at least the extra perks and tirerack warranty makes the difference to me. Just wanted to share with you guys something that might be usefull to others as well. I am not a fan of crome rims at all, some just kill the look of the car!

Nice looking wheel

Those 18" wheels are cast which tend to be a bit more bendy than comparable forged wheels. My current set of 17" Mille Miglias are cast and 3 out of 4 are bent. Granted, my wheels have led a somewhat rough life, but it doesn't take much. The new wheels that I've purchased are forged; let's see how long it takes me to ruin them.
BTW, are you going to use an Audi rings center on your wheels?
