Are you in DC or VA? If so, I'm about an hour and a half south of you. When I was looking for an A6 I looked high and low for one with a manual transmission and found one in Northern VA but it turned out to be a total dump. Finally found one not 10 miles from my house that was much nicer but has still needed some work.

I really hope I can sell it this week. I'm getting offers for $3K it's making me sick thinking about selling it for $3K. I'm a realist and I'm the first one to say that a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay but an A4's of the same mileage/year are pulling in over $3K.
