Ouch indeed. Glad you're ok though. Sad other part is, they'll probably let the
dumb b**ch off with a slap on the wrist that won't deter her from doing it again. Hope she needs a nose job at least.

According to the cop that arrested her...
They could potentially charge her with aggrivated vehicular assault along with the DWI, depending on my state. Not very likely though, seing as I got a pretty clean bill of health at the hospital (Hell of a testament to Audi safety). Given all the witnesses that stated she was driving eratically and actually sped up to run the red light, combined with her high BAC, I think they're pretty pissed at her. But you're probably right, she won't get in all that much trouble. That's half the cause of the DWI epidemic in this country.
