Every times when I wash my car, ignition off and engine off, the mirror folded. I don't know how to unfold it without keeping the ignition on. Does anyone can tell me how to do it?

mirrors should only close when you lock the car maybe go into setting see if this can be changed

Like Allan Robinson replied, mirrors should only folded when the vehicle is locked. You can set it in MMI to not folding the mirrors. Go here in MMI to set it: VEHICLE --> Settings & Service --> Central locking anddisable Fold Mirrors function. It's on my 2019 A6 user manual page 32.

You can open and close them manually
Turn the mirror dial to about 7 o'clock - that picture is for folding mirrors
Handy for pulling into a tight garage or parking spot
Turn to another spot on the dial to re-open

I did forget about that I only discovered that on my 2018 s line the other week by accident I thought the mirrors was not going to open lol

Place your key fob someplace away from your car. The car is locking because you are touching the sensor on the door handle with either your hand, hose water, or wash rag while you are carrying your key fob. Get the fob OUT of your pocket and place it somewhere away from the vehicle: leave it in the house, place it on your work bench, etc.

...and DO NOT leave it on the car seat.

If you leave the key fob on the car seat the car will not lock and, presumably, the mirror will not fold.
