Being from Boston originally, the NE can be brutal on cars. I always think it hurts a car's value. TBH I cringe knowing about it being a NY car. But it also has all that I want in this car

The car is not very old. Our winters have been getting milder and milder and the towns have ended up with huge amounts of unused salt...

Think I'm just more concerned about the roads themselves rather than the 3-4-month winters. Yeah I'm spoiled to the smooth roads down here in Florida so

I guess it just depends on where he drove it as there are some parts of upstate New York where the roads aren't that bad but Westchester looks to be close to the city

Being from the Westchester area myself, I wouldn't be concerned about the roads. I would still want to see the car myself. especially the undercarriage. Was it also serviced in Westchester?

I would not be scared by a Westchester car. Mild winters and mild roads for the last few years.
