What is a good price for a CPO 2013 Premium Plus 3.0T demo
2013
3.0T
~5000 miles
Dealer Demo, with CPO
Standard colors
No other options
Brand new 2013 MSRP ~56K invoice ~52K
Nada lists the CPO price for such a car to be around 52K, which is the same as a new car! Hence I don't consider it to be accurate. Any ideas on what I should be offering?
Thanks.

Mine was identical to yours above except mine has metallic paint ($500) and side assist($500) with 5200 miles. Back in May I paid $47K...by the way the CPO kicks in AFTER warranty is up. Plus I got new mats, 3 month Sirius and 6 months Google maps and they did the 5000 mile service...Hope this helps
You should be able to do WAY better now that 2014 is out and you are light those two options..I'd go for 44K

Mine was a little different, but maybe will give you a point of reference. So, I paid $44K in the Spring of 2013 for 2012 A6 P+ 3.0 TFSI, 11K miles, demo car with Audi Side Assist and Cold Weather Pkg, metallic white, nougat leather. Not a CPO.

I just paid $48k before my trade-in on a 2013 CPO A6 3.0T with 5500 miles on the odo. Dealer's sticker on the car before negotiations was $49.9 so I didn't get much off from that, but MSRP on the car brand new was $61.5k.
