What Do You Do When Remote Is Dead.
I was asked this question and couldn't answer it. I have a 2014 A6 with the Start/Stop button that only requires the remote to be close by.
I can take the key out to open the door, but how would I start the car when there is no spot to put a key?

You have several options. You could:
1. RTFM; or
2. Call Audi roadside assistance; or
3. Look at your dash on the 4 o'clock position of the steering wheel (where you would normally find a traditional key ignition. There is a symbol of a key there.) Hold your dead FOB there and the car will start when you press the button.
