Will take delivery of 2012 A6 prestige Ibis white, beige, innovation, 19 inch sport package, natural ash grain, cold weather hopefully next week.. Ordered in October and the wait is killing me.
Will still drive my 2009 BMW 328 touring 6-speed with sport package when I need to haul my bicycle or need a manual fix. 2008 Mazda Cx-9 when the family needs hauling.

Obviously, the A6 is a class above the G35, but I really love the smoothness, composure, and effortless power of the A6 (not to mention the finely crafted interior and superior technology). Having now been through some of the typical inclimate weather found in upstate NY, I can say that the quattro system runs rings around the ATTESA E-TS (I think that's the proper Infiniti AWD acronym) of the G35. I have much more confidence on the cold/snowy/icy roads commonly encountered in my area 4-5 months of the year.

Saw this thread on the Q5 forum, and I thought it would be fun. What did you have before the A6 (C7)? Is there anything about it that you miss?
I traded in my 2004 Saab 9-3. I miss watching my friends' faces when they drove it, hit the accelerator, and panicked while waiting for the turbo to spool
I do have to say I miss being able to (barely) fit in "compact" parking spaces though

Although the A6 and the S4 share the same engine the A6 is heavier and detuned. The S4 is a rocket ship in disguise.

Haven't had a car since high school lol. My wife drives a G35. I've wanted an Audi for about 10 years. Now I finally have one ordered. Current toys are a Jeep Rock Crawler, Harley, 20' Boat and an RV. Can't wait to go European. I'll keep the F150 for the family truck. Probably always need the truck from time to time.
