That's a awesome thread and car,
I read two ways for A pillar routing:
1 not remove A pillar and use the gap on the top and the weatherstrip
2 remove A pillar cover and route the cord behind the curtain airbag.( this makes sure the airbag operation is not affected by not having a cord crossing it)
looks like method 2 has larger capacity for both the dash cam and radar cords. Just need some effort removing A pillar cover.

Make sure you share some photo if you were able to remove the A pillar!
I did this on the first day I got my car, and I failed :P
