Default Sticky rubber window weather stripping

Noticed that the rubber at the top of the window channel of my CPO is sticky and tacky on all of my windows. Is this normal? It's my first Audi so I'm not sure if there is a reason for it. It's strange. Can anyone shed some light? Did the previous owner screw something up?

This is not normal. If you can post some photos that would be helpful.

Same happened to the wife's '14 SQ5 I think because it's kept outside. Had to clean it up. Sucky that they probably had a change of materials from my older Audis which did not seem to have this issue.

Thanks for your responses guys. I went with the least aggressive method and used a solution of soap and water with a paper towel, and with a little elbow grease and multiple passes, it is no longer sticky, but nice and smooth. This I'd a strange issue indeed. So gk1, are you saying I'm going to have a reoccurrence and going to have to have a maintenance schedule to keep these fresh?

I'm sot sure about reoccurance I only cleaned it once like yourself and only a couple months ago. (I think it is the summer months that make it sticky.) I just never experienced it before on any older Audis just on the '14.

It's not normal. Brush a little talcum (Baby Powder) on the rubber and that should stop the sticky.
