I presently have Sirius with Traffic. I also have T mobile. Which one is supplying traffic reports. Does Audi connect with T mobile supply traffic? I hate to pay for traffic from Sirius if it isn't used.

The navigation traffic is coming from Sirius and the A6 came with 4 years of traffic.

To further clarify, free U.S. 4 yr Sirius traffic started with all MY2013 Audis equipped with Nav Plus. MY2012 required a $3.99 per month subscription after the free 3 mon trial. Not sure if the 4 yr free traffic will continue with MY2015.

And its only on new cars for the original owner. Used or CPO only get 3 months. I got in an argument with Sirius and then Audi about this.

I bought my 2013 A6 in early December from a Private Party. I registered the car but I didn't send in the "Change of Owner card" to Audi. I did however, go to a dealer, get them to log me in as the new owner, take care of a minor issue under warrantee and buy the extended service package. It's now been a little over 4-months and I still have Sirius Traffic. We'll see what happens over the next few months--maybe Sirius won't pick it up since this was not a CPO car.

I have had a CPO for 9 or so months, I am pretty sure I still get traffic. I don't subscribe to satellite.

Unless the first owner or the dealer cancelled the traffic account, traffic will probably remain activated for the 4 years (for MY2013+) since Sirius won't know the car was sold to a new owner. Sirius radio is a separate subscription and the previous owner probably didn't have an active subscription.

That's right, the previous owner did not sign-up for Sirius after the trial period, so there was nothing for him to cancel. That sounds like why I have it and will continue to have it for the 4-year period.
