Wow...same exact wrinkle on my car in the same exact spot. My '12 A6 Prestige had it already at 3k miles when I bought CPO. I thought the previous owner had a George Costanza wallet.

I don’t have the problem (yet – lol) but I looked at my seat, sat in it and tried to figure out where the wrinkle pictures by the various posters would be in my car and what part of my anatomy would have to cause it (if it is caused by the driver). It seems to me all these drivers would have to have a three-inch long, one inch wide lumps on the back of their thighs below the butt. That seems unlikely. I think there must be something going on with the seat itself or something in its shipping.

Are you suggesting that gender has an effect on the seat?

More than a gender type I believe "a three-inch long, one inch wide lumps on the back of their thighs below the butt." would be a sick preference.

Same here,,,,,same exact spot only on drivers seat,,,,, brand new car, right out of showroom!!! ,,,, I thought someone at the dealership did something, like put all their weight down on one knee on the seat cushion.

BTW, have not been here in years.

Stupid, silly-assed gender related comments aside, this seems to me to be a deal breaker for anyone considering a new A6. WTF is going on at Audi if this kind of thing is happening in a company known for its flawless interiors? Are you folks with the problem escalating within the Audi hierarchy? I would park a giant Lemon painted truck in front of my dealer every day until it was fixed. Just saying.
Truth in engineering should be followed by excellence in execution or it's another brand's opportunity to let me down.

Welcome to the C7 forum! It's great to have some more old timers. I can't believe you were able to get 260k miles out of the 08 4.2. Nice job!
