Default Price for tire/wheel protection

Can anyone tell me the price of tire / wheel protection? If you are in Canada even better, but I will take US info as well.
Thanks
P

I just paid about $1,100 for the wheel and tire protection package for my new A6 with the 19 inch wheels.

Why wouldnt you just have wheel locks and if they got bent or damaged have one repaired or replaced with a replica wheel?

I don't think it's a good idea to replace just one wheel with another brand. That said, $1100 seems to be pretty steep insurance.

If its a lease then I would replace with one wheel or just have it repaired...My point is I just put 20' new Wheels and Tires on my car for just a bit more...$1100 seems like a rip off

I'm in Ottawa and did not choose or offered tire/wheel insurance. This is more if you buy BMW with RFT tires they tend to build bubbles and rims get bent hence they (BMW) offer this option. The wheels are indeed low profile & expensive but may not be worth taking insurance (also I'm not sure if Audi Canada offers it like BMW).
My advice do not take if dealer offers, our roads are relatively in good shape, even with pot holes I fell into a few nothing happened.

I bought winter tire set which in my opinion is a must, it cost around $2500 but that saves all seasons tires and performed perfectly in couple of snow storms we had in Ottawa (also in freezing rain).

For $2500, I presume that includes rims as well as tires. Where do you store the out-of-season set when they aren't in use?

$1100 here in Texas. Covers any rim damage and tires. 20" Prestige rims are $600+ each and tires close around $400.
Does include rim re-finishing for scrapes etc.
If you lease and replace with a wheel that is not an original Audi part they will charge you for excess wear and tear at the end of your lease.

If you just want to cover tires, I got a tire warranty/protection package at America's Tire for 179 bucks

Correct it is a full set (tires + rims) sold by dealer . I store at Audi dealer cost $60 for season. I purchased winter tires same time with the car but the rims look nice. You can get cheaper prices from Tire Rack and they ship to Canada but really I did not look else where.
