I liked the Oolong Gray with nougat leather and natural ash trim, but the wife preferred midnight blue with black leather and the shiny wood trim.

Need I say who won? But I really like the natural ash trim. Is it possible to order this and retrofit it to the car?

Ha I think that means do one side in Ash the way you like it, leave the other half Walnut for your wife...

But yes, you can certainly purchase the trim parts from Audi; as far as install, door trim is easy but I haven't figured out how to safely remove the dash / center trim myself. I asked the local Service Dept about trim removal, they didn't give me a proper estimate on labor, other than saying it would be "a lot"...and directed me to a local body-shop, who subsequently also refused to attempt the task.

I priced out the Carbon Fiber and all the pieces add up to about $3600+..
Keep an eye out on ebay I am sure at some point used wood pieces will start to pop up for sale
