Hopefully it gets into production quickly. The sales guy implied there was plenty of build slots for 2014 and they still had 19 2013 A6's on the lot and 2 S6's.

Just ordered a TDI myself! The dealership first accidentally ordered a 3.0T gas version instead with my specs, and it went into production within 3 days. Hope you have the same luck!

Congrats on the order. I'm going to the dealer this week and plan on ordering a 2014 with similar specs except a TDI with brushed alum inserts and no driver assist - sales person's best guess was that an order placed this week would go into production inn Aug., with Sept delivery.

My order was incorrect too, luckily I caught the wrong option code. I was told once it goes into production it can be tracked but I have not received any info on how to track it.

Here is what I am about to pull trigger on this week. I have a dealer willing to order this at invoice and then sell me Audi Care for 50% of. I love competition and the fact that VW wants to be #1 in the next few years.

Only your salesperson can pull up the commission, build, ship and estimated delivery dates. If you're good at puzzles, once you have the departure from port date from him, there's a site where you can guess the ship your car is loaded on based on the date and port destination and then track the ship's progress on another site.
