The more I drive it the more it sounds like a rattle instead of a creak. It honestly sounds just like there is something loose. The mechanic ensures me that nothing is loose. Do you guys have any suggestions I can throw back at him instead of just taking it back and say "try again".

The issue I had was clearly coming from the right rear suspension. Placing the coil spring silencers on both rear springs has eliminated about 95% of the issue.

Maybe this will also help diagnose it, I dunno... I have noticed whenever I am breaking I hear a creaking type sound. Similar to the sound an old door on a house creaks. Could this all be the same issue or does that help narrow down what else it could be?

Change back to original springs. If sounds disappears then it's faulty springs and get a new set. If noise continues then it's a suspension issues and maybe you broke a suspension component after the spring install since in the beginning while the springs break in and settle it does put a little more stress on the suspension links.

It could be the angle changing is causing the anti-roll bar to make noise. Sometimes the end links need to be changed on the bars - look to see if its end links appear to be at a severe angle when your car is on the ground.
