Could you provide the TSB # for the loud audio pops? this to me seems like the best excuse I can use to justify the MMI update to the dealer besides the bluetooth/iphone 5 connectivity issues (and I don't have an iphone 5 so that might be harder to make a case). What does TSB stand for?

So my car is still at the dealer.
They said they did the update, which is the good news.
There were supposedly 2 parts to the update. One part from a disc which went just fine, but then they said there was a second portion (download) that isn't working correctly and now my radio won't play. LOL!
They have a tech support request in for Germany.

Picked up car this morning. Software version 715-2 installed.
My loaner car was an A6 with Bose and software v609, and the same iPod playing music sounded much fuller and richer on my car than on the A6. So I do think there might have been some improvement to the audio, although it could just be placebo effect.

I know this is a long shot but has anyone had this update applied in Canada? I had my car in today for the 25K service and the dealer said they show no update for either the HD radio or Bose system.
When I pressed them for a reason they said their TSB system is different for vehicle here vs the US, which I find hard to believe.
