Depends what you mean by "programmed" as the key has no functionality other than to mechanically unlock the drivers door and allow you to start the car. For the latter you need to hold the key against the embossed key symbol on the right hand side of the centre console below the CD slot when you press the start button

Check the MMI version, mine is not showing the tracks with BT until the dealer upgrade the firmware.

Can't remember the version off the top of my head, do a search on the forum.

The latest MMI version for pre-facelift 2016 C7s is 0814.

How do you see the next Bluetooth track on the MMI? I can't find a menu option to show me next song. I can only see it on the iPhone screen. I feel like I know less and less about this car. Thanks!

If you are streaming, you only see the track that is playing. If you have a playlist on the phone, you should be able to select from it.

Coming back to the OP's #8. In every car I've had with parking sensors, when you come close to something at a slow speed the parking sensor beeps, but at least as set in my car, I have to press the P button when approaching something at slow speed that is in front. This is irritating. If I switch to reverse, then the sensors come on and stay on when I get toward an object. There must be some way to make the parking assistance come on automatically at slow speeds. Does anyone know how?

Has been asked hbefore and the answer is no, there is no mod I've read about that will do what you want. Audi designed it that way so the alarms would not come on when not wanted, i.e. stop and go traffic, coming to a stop behind another vehicle or a passing pedestrian when stopped at a crosswalk.
