My gas cap strap broke a long time ago, and I finally got around to replacing it with one that I got on AliExpress for just $1.

That's the one I ordered, but if the link doesn't work you can search for "1J0201550" for a straight strap, or "180201556" for a right angle strap. Mine actually did not come with the 2 small attaching pins, but it did have the larger door stud. However, I just used my original pins/stud. I used the back end of a 5/64" drill bit to push the pins out. The rubber strap feels nice and pliable, so I hope that it lasts longer than the original which got hard and brittle.
