When you start the car, what does the shift lever indicate? S or D? I'll bet it's D until you pull the lever back for S. Even though the MMI still says Dynamic, it will always revert the engine and throttle maps to Auto/Comfort ("D"). Steering, ACC and seat belt will remember the Dynamic setting.

It is D, however I feel acceleration difference if I switch drive select mode to auto. It is more sluggish.

Sorry to burst a bubble here but it's fully documented that D on the shift lever is the same as the MMI Auto/Comfort and S is the same as Dynamic when referring to the engine and transmission gear maps. It's possible what you are feeling is a placebo. (I had a bad case of a placebo myself last week ).
When starting out in D, pull the lever to S and see if you can feel a pronounced difference. Again, I'd bet you will.
