I have cooled seats, how do I turn on the massage feature?

You paint a BIG 'S' over the existing 'A', then switch it on on the side by the seat adjustments.

We don't have massage seats. Only the S6 with the comfort seating package.

Update:
As promised, I did complain about the issue in my original post when I had my 15K service. They ordered 4 fans and swapped them. They are now much much quieter with no vibration. I can understand that a fan may be bad but 4 of them means that they installed a bad batch and, it seems that others also got fans from that bad batch.
I recommend that you take it in on the vibrate/noise issue and see if you can get them to fix it.
I would like to point out that the solution fixes the noise and the vibration, the effectiveness of the feature is still minimal compared to vehicles that were designed properly.

Thanks for the heads up. My fans are loud too on high speed (quiet at medium). I'll bring it up at my 25K service.
