Are these issues, or just things I never noticed?

First, I noticed tonight that there was a grey bar on the top of the Navi. It disappeared when it switched over to Google Maps. Is that normal?

Any then theres the issue with the cameras being completely blurry and unusable in top view. There is a TSB on this, but the dealer tells me that my car is not covered.

These cars seem to really not like the cold. Inexcusable when you sell cars in lots of different countries.

The grey bar is normal. It's supposed to represent the horizon when in regular Nav mode. As you mentioned, if you have the Google Earth nav, it does not show in that mode.

Rift - I just got my car back from the dealer after 3 weeks. They discovered the problem with the tail light. Apparently TSB has not be issued yet, but AofA confirmed a batch of tail lights will malfunction anything below 30F. If you are still having a problem have your dealer call Audi of Chantilly, Assistant Service Manager Jose Avila. He can confirm issue. The dealer had to order 4 tail lights to finally get a one that didn't throw a code.

First issue, when I start the car, it says "Left turn/rear light/brake light out" (or something to that effect). I've checked the car the first couple of times this occurred and all the lights were operating correctly.

Next issue is the front parking camera is non-operational, flashing a blue screen. If I sit there for a while, it seems to be buffering images until it catches up. But if I move out of what is buffered, it begins flashing again. Sometimes it starts to work correctly after it warms up, other times not so much.

I just went through my 5k service and they couldn't find anything wrong, but the service manager mentioned that another TDI owner was having the same issue as the first one. He was waiting to hear back from Audi technical support on that.

Just curious if anyone else is having these sorts of issues with their Audi. It doesn't diminish my love of the car, just an annoying niggle.
