They are:
Stock - 11 psi at 5500 rpm - 7 psi at redline
Phase 1 - 12 psi at redline (30 hp)
Phase 11 - 14 psi at redline (43 hp)

Smaller pulley creates more boost, larger would reduce it.

Thanks for the correction. I doubled checked the numbers and overlooked the basics.

4.6?!?!?!? you have to be ****ting me! that is crazy good! I just had APR Stage 1 done to my car. It was only $100 more to go w/ APR over the chipwerke since I had a free tune gc I won from an event. Someone needs to get this on a dyno to see the #s. My butt dyno w/ the APR was nice but when a friend did my 0-60 w/ a stopwatch, I clocked in @ low 5 seconds.

In this cars yes, because the smaller pulley we installed is at the supercharger but some other cars (like the SL55 I had) required a larger pulley at the crankshaft and the supercharger pulley was left stock.

Both setups produce the same effect to drive the supercharger faster

So who's someone with the Chipwerke that will be the first to measure Boost, with this very cool and inexpensive device?

Fair enough, but we are not talking about an SL55 here.

Somebody else is gonna have to do this one. If I was planning on keeping the car, I would. Since I'm not planning to have it more than a few more months, not worth me buying the tap and a gauge.

I did the same thing on my V. And some people change both the upper and lower.

Truth be told though, the 3.0 TFSI has a very small blower. When increasing the boost, the temperatures go up dramatically. An ideal solution would be to fit a larger blower, but I'm not seeing anybody designing one like the stocker with integrated intercooler cores and an intake manifold. Perhaps the housing can be extended to fit longer rotors? We used to do that with the GM 3800's. We'd extend the housing and replace the M90s 90ci rotors and snout with ones from the Ford Lightnings M112 (112ci).

I am just explaining how the supercharger pulley upgrade works in different models

On the freeway I get decent mpg unless I'm mashing the gas... Which I am usually doing lol.
