Tracking Delivery from Port to Dealer

Tracking Delivery from Port to Dealer
I ordered a MY 2014 A6 in April and believe it may have arrived at the port in San Diego today. I have my car's VIN from the dealer's website. Does anyone know if it is possible to track the status during this time?

Once the car is offloaded from the RoRo, there's no way to track it in the port or en route to the dealer. It can take up to a week to go through customs, port inspection/accessory install, invoicing/Moroni labeling and assignment to a truck or train for transport. Then it will depend on the transport company and distance to your dealer. Dealers don't even know when the truck will show up. Also, Audi may have new models held in port until a certain release date.

It seems like there is a lot of variance in this. My dates were:
Houston Port ETA 20 May
Release to carrier 26 May
Estimated Dealer Delivery Week of 16 June.
I picked it up at the dealer on 29 May. Hopefully you'll get yours soon!
