Can't register VIN on Audi Roadside App on Iphone
Anybody have trouble registering the VIN on the roadside app? I have '14 A6, got it one month back.
I've been trying to register for past few weeks with no luck. Called the Audi customer support and they have no clue about the app. Asked me wait for few more weeks, not sure how it helps though.
BTW the app graphics are horrible, they have to redesign it for iPhone 5.

Works for me. Have you tried deleting the app and re-downloading? If not, be sure to so a hard reboot of the phone afterward to be sure there's nothing still in the cache.

Sorry to hijack thread but somewhat related ...
Does the car finder not work for 2013 models ? It will lock a location on a map if you do it manually but not otherwise. I do have audiconnect and an active SIM card.
Honestly don't really need this function but kind of cool.
The internet radio app is also pretty cool but not something I am likely to use with Sirius and pandora.

Is the roadside service provided by allstate? they gave me this tech support email - AudiAppTechSupport@allstate.com

If the app is loaded and it's not recognizing your VIN, maybe you're putting in a 0 as an O or vice versa?
