Ifs a very easy fix, hold the auto button to sync. The light on the passenger **** goes out. Then use the main **** to adjust. Once the passenger **** is touched then it's dual zone
And you can do anything with software

When it comes to basic controls of a cars climate control yes. They could program the car to blow cold air when it's set to heat. Im going to complain again

I believe it's the temperature sensor.

I don't actually think that you can push this, I had the same looking "thing" in two VW Passats.

The dealer contacted me, aoa actually called them and told them to cal me. NO WAY TO DO IT. And the climate control isn't connected the mmi according to my dealer. When aoa calls me I'm going to complain some more

We (myself and salesman) thought my A6 had this function but after checking it doesn't. You need quad climate control for this function.

HOLD the AUTO button for a while(3 sec or more) that should DO IT
