Looking for walk through to remove crossmember to replace 40amp cooling fan fuses

Hi all - I found this amazing thread on replacing the 40 amp cooling fan fuses:

but it sort of skips over the steps needed to get access. Maybe this is common knowledge to most - but it isn’t to me so I was wondering if there was a walk through anyone has. Comments in the thread seem to indicate some screws are hidden and putting back the crossmember requires a specific torque.

Reviving the thread cuz I would like this information as well. Trying to make sure I have all grounds covered before I start digging around old plastic and if there's any secret tabs...
